A Knowledge Collection facilitates collaborative knowledge management and can include a variety of knowledge sources.
To create a new knowledge collection:
Click on the Knowledge Collections in the navigation.
Click the + New Collection button:
Enter a collection name and a description in the Name and Description fields:
The description you provide is only visible to the content editor.
Click the Create Collection button to create the collection:
The following displays:
To search for a knowledge collection, use the Search field and enter the name or part of it.
To remove a knowledge collection, you can either:
Hover over the collection and click the Trash icon:
Open the collection and click Delete Collection at the bottom left of your screen:
