Knowledge Collections

A Knowledge Collection facilitates collaborative knowledge management and can include a variety of knowledge sources.

Creating a Knowledge Collection

To create a new knowledge collection:

1. Click on the Knowledge Collections in the navigation.

2. Click the + New Collection button:

   
3. Enter a collection name and a description in the Name and Description fields:

   

The description you provide is only visible to the content editor.

4. Click the Create Collection button to create the collection:

Searching for a Knowledge Collection

To search for a knowledge collection, use the Search field and enter the name or part of it.

Deleting a Knowledge Collection

To remove a knowledge collection, you can either:

• Hover over the collection and click the Trash icon:

  
• Open the collection and click Delete Collection at the bottom left of your screen:
