Step 3 – Configure a Knowledge Skill Agent

1. Click on the + Block button to add a new block:

   
2. Click the GenAI Block, then drag and drop it onto the graph.

   
3. Click on the GenAI block that is in the graph. A configuration panel will appear on the right side of your screen.

4. Click the Select an agent, displayed in the panel on the right.

   
5. Select an agent. Once selected, the panel will collapse into a single pane

The agent needs to be published in the Studio to appear here.

6. Choose the desired version from the Version dropdown menu: Once the version is selected, the available branches will be displayed:

   

   And the variables will be displayed:

   

You can use the storage variables in your rule-based automation flow.
