The Audit Logs screen enables you to track changes made to dialogs, specifically within the blocks. The following guide describes how to use this feature, including filtering, exporting, and managing permissions.
You can filter audit logs using the following criteria:
Select a start and end date to view logs for a specific period.
The exported file contains additional details, such as object type, timestamp, IP addresses of the actor, and more.
To enable or disable access to audit logs:
Go to Settings -> Roles.
Select the role you want to modify.
Toggle the View and Export Audit Logs permission to enable or disable access.
Enabling this permission grants access to sensitive information such as IP addresses and email addresses.
Audit logs are retained for one year, after which they are automatically deleted.
You can export an audit log by clicking , displayed in the top-right of your screen. The exported file includes all displayed logs. If filters are applied, the file contains logs based on those filters.
