Email Service

Send an email from your bot via Parloa's email provider.

This service is not optimized for sustained high-volume usage. Should your requirements exceed 100 emails per day on a continuous basis, please consult with your Parloa representative for a tailored solution.

Service Configuration

Branches

• success: Indicates the email was sent successfully.

• Fail: The email could not be sent.

Input

• mail_to: Recipient(s) of the mail.Input must be a valid email address. For multiple recipients, separate each address with a comma (for example, [e-mail],[e-mail]).

• mail_subject: The subject line of the email.

• mail_body: The main content of the email.

• mail_cc: Specifies CC recipients, allowing you to include additional recipients in a manner that is visible to all other recipients.

Output

If the request is successful, the service will return an empty output

• error: Provides detailed information regarding the error if the email fails to send.

• Header: x-functions-key: <AUTHCODE>

For authentication, replace <AUTHCODE> and <CLIENTID> with the values provided by your Parloa representative.
