List Slots
A list slot can connect Normalized Values to Synonyms to connect words to meaning. The following is an example of someone ordering coffee:
I would like to order a flat white please.
In the example, the Normalized Values would be Coffee, and one of the Synonyms is flat white.
The more synonyms you include, the better Parloa becomes at detecting what the user actually means, improving the bot's effectiveness and user experience.
How to List Slots
To use this Slot in Parloa, you must first create a list slot in your Speech Assets. After that, you can add Normalized Values and Synonyms.
