A list slot can connect Normalized Values to Synonyms to connect words to meaning. The following is an example of someone ordering coffee:
I would like to order a flat white please.
In the example, the Normalized Values would be Coffee, and one of the Synonyms is flat white.
To use this Slot in Parloa, you must first create a list slot in your Speech Assets. After that, you can add Normalized Values and Synonyms.
The following format is expected for bulk import/edit of custom slot types:
It is a comma-separated format in which the first entry of each line represents a specific slot value. The following values are synonyms for the first:
To delete values within a slot type, click on the icon next to the synonyms field. To remove synonyms, click on in the synonym token.
It is also possible to import/edit or remove slot types via the bulk edit feature. After clicking the button, a modal containing your existing slot type values will open.
