SSML (Speech Synthesis Markup Language) is an XML-based markup language that can be used to control the way text is spoken by a text-to-speech (TTS) engine.
In certain instances, such as when utilizing the SSML & Text response element in Parloa, you can take advantage of autocomplete functionality to easily add specific SSML tags to your responses based on the selected platform. You'll notice the presence of the button when clicking in an input field, indicating the availability of autocomplete options.
To use the autocomplete feature, you can either type < or click on the button. This will bring up a pop-up menu where you can choose from all the available SSML tags:
