Speech assets are essential collections of phrases or sentences anticipated during interactions with Parloa. These assets are categorized into two key components: intents and slots, which together facilitate a seamless dialog between you and the bot.
The Intents tab, shown above, lists all potential user goals, labeled as Intents. Each intent corresponds to a distinct action or request, like signaling a problem or seeking support.
The Slots tab is where you can specify the information required from the user's input, such as personal identifiers, temporal data, or geographic locations.
The Dictionary tab houses a vocabulary pertinent to your bot's area of service, enhancing the recognition of user intents.
Given the dynamic nature of language and expressions, it is imperative to regularly update your speech assets. This maintenance process entails continuous evaluation and adjustments, drawing from actual interactions and evolving language patterns. Keeping your speech assets refined ensures Parloa's sustained proficiency in understanding and fulfilling your needs.
