Public IPs and Port Information

Public IPs (Internet Protocol addresses) are crucial for your bot's access to the Internet, giving it a unique identifier for secure transmission and reception of information with your customers.

Interaction with Identity Provider (IdP) Endpoints

When Parloa's bot accesses IdP endpoints, such as during authentication or authorization processes, the IdP servers will recognize the request as originating from one of Parloa's listed Public IPs. It is essential to whitelist these IPs to ensure uninterrupted service and secure communication between Parloa's bots and customer IdP endpoints. This applies to all HTTPS traffic directed towards IdP endpoints, ensuring that requests from our API to the customer's IdP are successfully received and processed.
