Step 1 – Create a Knowledge Skill Agent

The following describes how to set up a Knowledge Skill Agent. To create a Knowledge Skill FAQ Agent:

1. Go to the GenAI Studio at www.app.parloa.com/studio/agents.

2. Click the + New Agent button:

   
3. Enter the desired name for your agent in the Agent name field:

   
4. Click Create to confirm agent creation.
